"Randy emailed me recently for the 1st time in over a year, he heard I
visiting friends in Eureka and basically threatened me not to visit, live or
work in Eureka - that I do not have "Visitation Rights" - I have friends
there that offerred me to stay in their home while I am have been forced and
remain "Homeless" and "Indigent" with Disability - complications of Lyme and
documented Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome by Robert Bransfield, MD, a
Lyme-literate Neuropsychiatrist. Denied Due Process - a violation of my
human and civil rights under the 4th and 14th Amendments, my right to life
(my Mother/Child relationship), liberty (our protected medical care, with
Disability under Federal law), and property (our Order of Protection,
further, in Discrimination of Disability, and Discrimination of Housing
by Ted O. Lympus, I was forced Homeless and Indigent by Ted O. Lympus,
during a divorce proceeding from July 18, 2006 thru June 30, 2008.
In Disability-Discrimination under Federal law, (ADA), Title II, (504), in
violation of the 4th (life, liberty and property) and 14th Amendment (due
process), Christy (a minor), and I have been denied our rights of
governmental services, provisions and accommodations under an Order of
Protection and during divorce proceedings from July 18, 2006 thru the
present - while recipients of Federal-financial assistance (Food Stamps)
with Disability under (ADA) Title II, (504), Federal Statutory laws, we have
been denied our rights to legal counsel and guardian ad litems under the
jurisdiction of Ted O. Lympus.
With Disability, while suffering debilitating complications of late-stage
Lyme disease, I have was and remain forced INDIGENT by Ted O. Lympus, in
violation of the 4th (life, liberty and property) and 14th Amendments.
Forced INDIGENT, forced a recipient of Federal-financial assistance (Food Stamps) during divorce proceedings, I was denied my right to legal counsel, while unemployed, without income to support a) essential medical care, (disability-discrimination), b) housing and essentials of daily living, (disability and gender discrimination) and c) legal counsel

represeted in divorce by Randy's legal counsel, Bruce McEvoy) - (Jessica
Gonzales v United States of America, a landmark DV-Gender
Discrimination/14th Amendment case).endorsed by our State Attorney General
Mike McGrath, now Supreme Court Justice. rate of up to 20% in young children
undiagnosed/untreated and up to 5-9% death rate with delayed treatment and
with chronic infection with progressive irreverstible damage to major
internal organs - the brain, eyes, heart, nerves, blood vessels, liver,

Dr. Stein also misdiagnosed "active" Lyme, Bartonella and Babesia in myself
after his documentation of an ulcerated-vector bite with a red-circular rash
with inflammation, fever, chest pain, SOB, deep muscle/joint
pain, headaches, exhausion, etc. - causing tissue destruction, requiring
surgery twice - leading to progressive Disability, and most-likely these
diseases acquired trans-placentally, Christy and Jessica both with pregnancy
complications and threatened misscarriages, Christy, the last child born,
therefore with the largest bacterial load, born failure-to-thrive,
hospitalized for nearly (5) weeks, premature with hypotonia, seizures,
elevated liver enzynes, fever, atrial/septal defect,swallowing/gagging
problems, severe wt. loss, slow growth, etc. - developmental delays,
immunodificiency, chronic infections and Neurological Disability, (ADA)
Title II, (504), with special needs, Mycoplasma fermentans in Jessica, and
Bartonella and Babesia in Mary.
Ticks are known to carry multiple diseases, the most common vectors - small
animals, humans and pets - ( Ticks, small animals, humans, pets, etc. know
no borders, nor, no boundaries - that is why Montana doesen't have Lyme!)
The most common (5) tick-borne diseases reported nationwide are: 1) Lyme
(known to be transmitted trans-placentally, thru breastmilk and sexual
intercourse, similar to Syphilis, left undiagnosed/untreated, a hidden
epidemic in our country), 2) Bartonella (known to cause brain cancer), 3)
Babesia (similar to malaria), 4) Erhlichia (similar to Rocky Mountain
Spotted Fever) and 5) Mycoplasma fermentans (known to be a leading cause of
Auto-Immune Deficiency).

Ted O. Lympus. I had documented Disability by Paul Reeb, MD, Glacier
Medical Associates and referred out-of-state Lyme/Assoc.Disease Specialists
affiliated with UCSF University Medical Center - documented Disability
from complications of chronic Lyme Disease complicated with co-infections,Bartonella and Babesia, while under the care of multiple Lyme/Assoc. Disease
literate Specilialists: Rahpael Stricker, MD, Internist/Hematologist who
documented chronic Lyme disease with co-infections and chronic
immunodeficiency disease, referred to UCSF Cardiology, Opthalmology and
Neurology -
UCSF Cardiology/Echocardiogram/Diagnostic Impression: pericardial
effusion, mitral/artial valve prolapse/disease, regurgitation, cardiac
insufficiency, artrial/venous chronic hypertension (a BP up to 200/100),
with pulmonary hypertension;
UCSF Neurology/Spec Scan/Functional Brain Scan/Diagnostic Impression:
Hypoperfusion/Inflammation known to be caused from crhonic Lyme Disease
with chronic headaches, stiff neck, photophobia, blurred vision, etc., known
of Lyme-bacterial meningoencephalitis - diagnosed by Julie A. Griffith, MD,
a Neurologist, on an extensive antibiotic, cardiac/antihypertensive
and anti-inflammatory/pain treatment plan with follow-up Specialist
evaluations every 3 mos. or PRN, (as needed).
MRI Brain Scan/Diagnostic Impression: hypoperfusion, cerebral ischemia,
atrophy, white matter changes, (brain tissue damage), known of Lyme
Disease.
October 2007 - a referral to Columbia University, an Adult/Pediatric
University Medical Center, Spec Scantional brain scan with diagnostic
impression: Hypoperfusion/Inflammation known to be caused by chronic Lyme
Disease), further in with headaches and optic neuritis, further with
debilitating arthritis (swollen joints), with chronic pain and
inflammation. neuritis, opsionoptic and chd. mosty likely caused by
Lyynbnijnbraintnyintcy,, in violation of the 4th (unlawful search and
seizure of my property/home/residence, both (physically and financially),
and in violation of the 14th Amendment - rights of due process - my right to
legal counsel, while recipients of Federal-financial assistance,
(while victims of Domestic Violence and DV-related Financial Abuse, we were
recipients of Food Stamps and Medicaid for our survival. Further, Christy,
diagnosed with Neurological Disability, is a recipient of Federal-financial
assitance, under (ADA) Title II, (504), her constitutional rights of a
guardian ad litem for protection of her special needs (medical care for her
Neurological Disability and documented immunodeficiency, (in neglect of
evaluation of an "active" bacterial encephalopathy as documented

Adult/Pediatric Neurologist presently in my care, with documented concern
for Christy's health and well-being as supported by many other
informed physicians in our care.
