I originally wrote this letter to Montana State attorney general. Rather than rewrite eh whole thing I am just forwarding on to you. It says what it needs to say. I am badly in need of some kind of help here.
Bernie Cassidy is about to eat me alive in court and I've lost my kids entirely thanks to this loser. Lost my kids to a man who already tried to kill them based on testimony that is not fact but is allowed into court without need for evidence and judged upon me as fact.
This man cares not for my kids lives. HELP!! My kids are going to die eventually. I'm facing jail time or worse. Please feel free to call me or write me or both.

I am writing in sincerest hopes that this letter will make it through to you. I am a mother of two boys, ages seven and eight, Tristan and Robby respectively. We are located in Libby, MT. I left my boys father in 2008 because of his alcoholism and verbally abusive nature. I was with him for eight and a half years prior, in which I tried my hardest to make things work. When I left him, I stayed in Libby two years trying to find a job. Libby has one of the highest unemployment rates in our beautiful state sadly.
There are no jobs, or so few jobs and so many people in line hoping to be hired. One is lucky to find work at all here. So after two years of not being able to find work I did the next best thing and relocated to Washington State where I grew up because I knew I could find something there.
I did find full time work there eventually. My ex, my kids dad, hasn’t worked in around seven years now. He says he does, he rakes leaves and shovels snow for a few people and calls that good. He does not make enough to support the kids in the least, and lives off his mother. He won’t find work, isn’t even looking. During all this a custody battle ensued. Around a year ago we went to court for the interim parenting plan. The courts ruled in his favor even though I proved I was the more financially stable, mentally fit and better parent.
No, I don’t really know why the court ruled in his favor that being said. Let me give you a background on my ex, his name is Brant. He is diagnosed with Borderline Personality disorder, which isn’t technically borderline anything. Rather it is a mental illness all of its own. With symptoms of uncontrollable anger and irrational emotions. He should be diagnosed with schizophrenia, but won’t discuss that he hears voices to his doctor.
He is a cutter, not of the high school variety. He still does it, and in fact has “Fuck you” and “Robby and Tristan” carved into his upper thighs. He has scars up and down his arms, crisscrossing. He is suicidal and has been committed to the state hospital on multiple occasions. He is an alcoholic who has had multiple DUI’s throughout the years.
One of those DUI’s, December 28th, 2006 our youngest son was in the Suburban with him when he got arrested for that DUI. It was not in the police report that Tristan was in the car seat in the back, I don’t know why. But Brant was pulled over that specific time for driving in the other lane. Yes, Brant drives drunk with our kids regularly.
Brant has threatened to kill my younger brother with a baseball bat filled with sharpened nails. Hand sharpened by Brant. He has threatened to beat my Dad up. He stalked me and would take pictures of me when I was out and about. I have, in fact, had three restraining orders against him in the past. In my initial argument about the parenting plan, I said “These things that occur in pattern, will continue to occur in pattern and as the set pattern of the past will get progressively worse. His next step is hurting someone else” which happened to be the kids. No one listened to me.
On March 3rd, 2012 Brant had an episode. The kids had gotten sick and he blamed his mom of poising them. He threw away the food the kids were eating and went into a rage. He smashed things around the house and head butted his large fish tank causing a gash on his forehead. He told the kids goodbye that they were never going to have to go to school again and cut Robby on the wrist.
His mother made sure to tell the family members to keep it hush hush that Brant had a knife at all, so that he wouldn’t get in trouble for it. (This isn’t the first time she has done this.) Brant was arrested that night for fighting with his family member, no knife was reported.
A week later my sons went to visit my parents. They told their Grandparents what had happened and my Dad called me. I called cps and spoke to Bob Webber, he said he would take pictures and do what was necessary. I called the cops who refused to take a statement, twice, saying that they thought it was coerced. Really??! So no cops heard my sons statements. Brant was in jail so I went and got my kids. I was allowed to take them out of state being that I lived out of state.
After I had the kids with me for about a week Bob Webber, of cps, said that it was the safety plan for the kids to be with me. I made sure to have a witness to this conversation. And she is willing to testify for me of this fact. I can provide any other documents needed in this case, so you can review it.
Anyhow, Brant gets out of jail and reports that I broke the parenting plan by keeping the kids from him. (Remember, I was told that it was the safety plan for them to be with me.) The county attorney, Bernard Cassidy, contacts my attorney, Charles Sprinkle, and asked about the reported custodial interference. My attorney said to Mr. Cassidy that he had personally heard the children’s statements and they were certainly not safe with Brant to please investigate this matter further, to get the facts.
Mr. Cassidy said he would and we heard nothing for some time. My boys and I were doing awesome in Washington during this. They were well taken care of, in school, loved and never cut off from any family member.
In fact I bought them both cheap cell phones and put all immediate family members on speed dial so they had absolute freedom to call any family member as they chose. Which they did frequently, at least several times a day. Then around the end of May, out of the blue and completely without warning I heard that there was a warrant for my arrest for custodial interference. They wanted me to return the kids to their Dad and turn myself in immediately.
I called and spoke with Mr. Cassidy and told him that I was under instructions from Bob Webber of cps to keep the children. He said that did not matter. I told Mr. Cassidy that he said he would investigate this matter further, he told me he investigated me only and called me a criminal. He said Brant’s Mother had more parental rights than me. I said that was not legal unless I had been proved unfit. He said a judge can do whatever he wants. (I recorded this conversation, legally. I would love to provide you a copy of it.)
This conversation ended with me near tears telling Mr. Cassidy that my kids dad tried to hurt my kids and this county was making it ok. I asked how he was going to guarantee my kids safety, he said he couldn’t. I am so ashamed this man works for this county. I am even more ashamed that any of my tax dollars may go to his salary. Mr. Cassidy did not care in the slightest that my son had been cut on the wrist. He didn’t care when I asked him what he would say to me if Brant finished the job next time.
This man, Mr. Cassidy, is in a position of trust. Our citizens rely on him to do a fair and complete job. To be passionate about his work because that’s what he has to be to make a difference. And most of all people trust this man to protect them and their family members. All these things he does not do or does a horrible job of. His seat needs to be vacated so someone capable of performing the tasks he refuses to can take the seat.
Someone who is capable of doing the job Mr. Cassidy WILL NOT DO! So anyhow, I went to jail for custodial interference. We just went back to court for the permanent parenting plan. Once again the judge rules in Brant’s favor. He did not care either that Robby had been cut on the wrist by his Dad.
I am now allowed one hour twice a week of supervised visitations. I don’t get to see them on Christmas, Thanksgiving, or any major holidays. I get them for a two hour block on Mothers day, and their birthdays and that is it. Thank you Libby Montana. This is how you protect my children!!! I am told to pay child support (Yay, I get to support Brant’s drinking habit now! This money will NEVER go to the kids. Not when their Dad can spend it on beer.)
I am told to pay court costs for Brant and all fees for both Brant AND his mother flying to California, where I was when I was arrested. Basically, in short the parenting plan reads that I only briefly get to see the children and I am supposed to pay, pay, pay…… Wow, I honestly have lost ALL faith in Libby through this. In fact, I want to move as soon as I am able. I am not a bad parent. Let me give you some of my background. I am 32, I have a few things on my record from when I was a teenager. But I grew up and left the wild child days in the past. I work hard, I support myself and my children, I don’t drink, I am mentally sound. I am a good mother who adores my kids and promotes them to have a healthy childhood. I want Brant to get help, psychological help and stick with it!
My hopes are that someday he can somehow be a healthy part of the kids lives. As for now I don’t want him to be alone with them. He has episodes at least once a week. He’s going to hurt the kids, he will harm them.
Why won’t anyone here listen to me? How many times throughout history has someone said that something was going to happen, maybe a husband killed a wife and she said prior that she was in danger, or other incidences. It happens all the time. Someone cries for help that their in danger and gets ignored, and that person ends up dead. This is and has been my cry for help.
My kids will someday end up dead at the hands of their dad. Someone needs to listen. Please, please be the one. Because in truth, all those who have chosen to ignore this issue are as guilty as if they’d help the knife to my sons wrist as well. Complacency in preventing crimes causes crimes! Thank you for your time. I hope this has reached you so that you have heard, but not just heard…. HEARD.
This town has done a poor job caring for my children’s safety and well being. You’re campaign commercials boast that you protect children. This is why I chose to write you. And I promise, if you do just that you have my vote. Not only that you will have my vote for any future endeavors you commence.
You say you protect children, prove it, protect mine from their death sentence passed down in the name of “justice”. It is a horrible travesty that the judges that sit on the seat and the callous cops who wouldn’t take my sons statements, and the cps worker who decided he didn’t believe my children are allowed to do these things and name them justice. It scars the very word to call anything so complacent “justice”. Please look into this matter and do what no one else has done. Protect my beautiful little men.

Edward P. Stein allegedly misdiagnosed Rocky Mountain Tick Disease and ONE Woman Pays the Price. Randy Wilson, Edward P. Stein, Prompt Care, North Valley Hospital, Judge Ted O. Lympus, Interbel Members and Bernie Cassidy County Attorney will ALL soon Face Millions in HIPAA Violations for their Cruel, Corrupt Actions.

"Randy emailed me recently for the 1st time in over a year, he heard I
visiting friends in Eureka and basically threatened me not to visit, live or
work in Eureka - that I do not have "Visitation Rights" - I have friends
there that offerred me to stay in their home while I am have been forced and
remain "Homeless" and "Indigent" with Disability - complications of Lyme and
documented Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome by Robert Bransfield, MD, a
Lyme-literate Neuropsychiatrist. Denied Due Process - a violation of my
human and civil rights under the 4th and 14th Amendments, my right to life
(my Mother/Child relationship), liberty (our protected medical care, with
Disability under Federal law), and property (our Order of Protection,
further, in Discrimination of Disability, and Discrimination of Housing
by Ted O. Lympus, I was forced Homeless and Indigent by Ted O. Lympus,
during a divorce proceeding from July 18, 2006 thru June 30, 2008.
In Disability-Discrimination under Federal law, (ADA), Title II, (504), in
violation of the 4th (life, liberty and property) and 14th Amendment (due
process), Christy (a minor), and I have been denied our rights of
governmental services, provisions and accommodations under an Order of
Protection and during divorce proceedings from July 18, 2006 thru the
present - while recipients of Federal-financial assistance (Food Stamps)
with Disability under (ADA) Title II, (504), Federal Statutory laws, we have
been denied our rights to legal counsel and guardian ad litems under the
jurisdiction of Ted O. Lympus.
With Disability, while suffering debilitating complications of late-stage
Lyme disease, I have was and remain forced INDIGENT by Ted O. Lympus, in
violation of the 4th (life, liberty and property) and 14th Amendments.

represeted in divorce by Randy's legal counsel, Bruce McEvoy) - (Jessica
Gonzales v United States of America, a landmark DV-Gender
Discrimination/14th Amendment case).endorsed by our State Attorney General
Mike McGrath, now Supreme Court Justice. rate of up to 20% in young children
undiagnosed/untreated and up to 5-9% death rate with delayed treatment and
with chronic infection with progressive irreverstible damage to major
internal organs - the brain, eyes, heart, nerves, blood vessels, liver,
muscles, bones, left untreated/undertreated, known to cause chronicimmunodeficiency and progressive infection, leading to neurological
(encephalopathy) with neurocognitive consequences - a known leading cause
of Autism, Dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, low IQ's, academic/vocational problems, low

pain, headaches, exhausion, etc. - causing tissue destruction, requiring
surgery twice - leading to progressive Disability, and most-likely these

A Biased, Prejudged and Discriminatory Judge who's daughter was represented
in divorce by your legal counsel, suddenly removed our daughters from their
qualified medical care after I was counting on your support to escort us to
Columbia University for our referred more comprehensive evaluations, in
prevention of potential further Neurological, Immunological and

of my symptoms or my children's symptoms have ever been substantiated by any
physicians, that I suffer from a serious mental illness, that I am gravely

By April 2006, I was having constant vice-like crushing frontal lobe
headaches, severe stiff neck pain, severe light sensitivity, blurred vision,
swollen-watering eyes, dizziness, fever, rashes, nausea and vomiting, chest
pain, high blood pressure, progressive short-term memory loss, difficult
speech, it was difficult to think, talk, perform and sleep, I couldn't stand
up without feeling I wanted to collapse from severe exhaustion and weakness,
I had panic attacks, my heart raced, I knew there was something wrong, I
felt like I was drugged with a psychiatric hallucinating drug, and didn't
know what!

PARENTAL RIGHTS of LEGAL AND PHYSICAL CUSTODY of her children TERMINATED by
a Judge without DUE PROCESS, due to her ex's abusive FALSE-ACCUSATION of
MUNCHAUSEN's by PROXY after her ex filed for a divorce, who she loved, but
felt unloved, abused and neglected and wanted to seek counseling 'together'
for the sake of her family and children, who then seeks help and advice,
follows that advice and then her husband files divorce while under the care
of Specialists, with his ulterior motive to Terminate her parental rights of
all legal and physical custody by accusing her of making up her children's
illnesses, symptoms, disease and her daughter's 'CDC'-confirmed Lyme
Disease, complicatated with other co-infections most-likely acquired from
her birthmother during pregnancy - the most likely 'root' cause of her
daughter's Neurological Disability and her own Disability, known to cause
further harm and damage to the major organs and systems of her body, left
untreated and /or undertreatedrated. Gail and your family would FIGHT,

BRUTAL TREATMENT, PSYCHOLOGICAL and PHYSICAL (TORTURE) in DISCRIMINATION of
DISABILITY with RETALIATION for PROOF of FALSE- ACCUSATIONS with FLASHBACKS
(Post-Traumatic Stress) I WILL NEVER FORGET, after presentatation of Proof
of False-Accusations documented by Psychiatrist(s) in my medical records
after comprehensive evaluation, with assault and battery, I was manhandled,
brutality-forced on a Mental Hold under State Custody - the worst nightmare,
anyone could ever face - threatened, intimidated, humiliated and
manipulated causing harm and fear - "you are a harm to myself and your
daughters, none of your physical symptoms nor the physical symptoms of your
children have been ever substantiated by any physicians, your suffer from a
serious mental illness, your are gravely disabled" - assaulted and battered
by (3) large males with force, forcefully INJECTED in my BUT, a
non-disclosed PSYCHIATRIC medication, in violation of my civil rights of the
8th Amendment, to be free from cruel and unusal punishment with excessive
force, and my right to not self-incriminate oneself, not asked my allergies,
I was forcefully turned into a "Psychiatric Zoombie" thrown into solitary
isolation, denied my rights, my dignity and my request of an attorney,
denied my request of protection by my own Psychiatrist(s) and Specialists.
Then served Notice by the Court of 'probable cause' for Involuntary
Commitment to the State Mental Hospital - without DUE PROCESS appointed by
the Court the Abusive, Brutal Mental Health Professional who assaulted and
battered me, found Indigent by the Court, appointed a Public Defender who I
was denied to ever see after being abused, assaulted, battered, harmed,
threatened, manipulated and detained against my will for nearly (4) days,
denied my antibiotic treatment plan and my other medication, found 'probable
cause' for Involuntary Commitment to the State Mental Hospital, that "none
of my symptoms or my children's symptoms have ever been substantiated by any
physicians, that I suffer from a serious mental illness, that I am gravely
disabled" .
After discovering the very 1st cases of Lyme Disease ever confirmed and
reported in the entire history of Montana with underlying Bartonnela Babesia
and Mycoplasma fermentans, most likely acquired from their birthmother
during pregnancy (Christy, the last child born, acquiring the largest
bacterial load), with exacerbation of debilitating Lyme symtpoms during
pregnany, extremely ill for the entire (9) months, with signs and symptoms
of bacterial toxicity, polyhydraminos, hyperemesis graviderium, cardiac
valve damage and insuffiency, chronic headaches and debilitating swollen
joints and arthritis, chronic fatigue and exhaustion, with misscarriages and
threatened misscarriages, Christy born failure-to-thrive hospitalized nearly
(5) weeks, with serious neurological, cardiac and immunological problems,
development delays, slow growth and neurocognitive problems and
Neurologocial, Immunological and Neurocognitive Disability and her
birthmother, with the same Disability -- "none of my symptoms nor my
children's symptoms have ever been substantiated by any physicians."
While you ran around the country on your all too important business trips,
with you business "Sweethearts" with your history of "edible underwear"
with your Passport to Europe Sweden? with your Washington DC friend? -
probably just your Dream, never accomplished. Dr. Mary Ann Carlson,
Christy's Pediatrician with admonition that if your don't cancel your
excessive business trips and show adequate support for Christy in serious
condition and your wife she would not discharge us home with you, followed
by unaminous female phone calls for months, asking for Randy, then a Red
Valentine outfit for Christy received in the mail. --Whatever, dot, dot,
dot. . . while I struggled raising our children without appreciation,
accused that I didn't appreciate your 'workaholic problem' - and blamed for
all our relationship problems, my anger was all "my problem" - not worth
marriage/family counseling, while enduring abuse of a husband, and father,
that rarely saw the whites of his children's eyes, or sparkle of his wife's
eyes.
$350 every two weeks to live on since July 2006, with serious Disability
(infection/inflammation of my vital organs) and debilitating pain,
exhaustion and legal stress Falsely-Accused of Munchausen's Somatoform
Delusional - forced Homeless and Indigent by the Court, not even enough to
pay for essential travel to out-of-state qualified-experienced Lyme
Specialists affiliated with a major University Medical Center, extensive
medication, labs, Brain and Heart Scans, evaluations by Infectious Disease
Specialists (2), Neurologist (1), Cardiologist (1), Opthalmologist (1),
NeuroPsychiatrists (3), Primary Care Givers (3), Psychologists (2) and
therapy in my care since July 2006, confirmed with Neurological, Physical,
Immunological and Neurocognitive Disability. (Ask your own relatives, your
mom, dad, Kevin and Gail how important 'quality' - 'experienced' medical
care is to them, and their children).
Our Order of Protection, issued "Permanent" on July 26, 2006, (not
"Temporary") I have the hard copy signed by the Judge, in violation of the
4th and 14th Amendments, (unlawful search and seizure of minor children,
unlawful search and seizure of (life) termination of our Mother/Child
relationship since September 19, 2006, with govenmental interference and
termination of my parental rights (legal) and (physical) custody - Denied
Due Process, (liberty) right to "warranted" comprehensive medical
evaluation of the most-likely 'root' cause of Christy's Disability,
(property) under our Order of Protection, and my right to Housing (my
Community-owned property, while suffering from Disability), in
Disability-Discriminaiton/Retaliation, I was then issued a Restraining
Order, denied Due Process, (Proof in the court transcripts), that literally,
with debilitating Disability, put me out on the streets, further, without
pillow to sleep or a fork to eat, Court-forced Indigent. Discrimination

Marital Status (23 years), Discriminaiton of Housing/Residence after (23)

Relationship, unlawful Termination of Visitation, by Family Court Services'
without my right of a Hearing.

While under the care of knowledgeable-experienced Lyme Specialists, (none in
Montana, not ever having diagnosed and reported a case), after I discovered
the 1st cases of 'CDC'- confirmed Lyme in the history of Montana, further,
complicated by Erhlichia, Bartonella, Babesia and Mycoplasma fermentans,
with referrals to leading University Medical Centers -. Mary to (UCSF), then
Mary and Christy to (Columbia University) - a leading Adult/Pediatric Lyme
University Medical Center for comprehensive Neurological, comprehensive
physical and and comprehensive Neuropsychological and NeuroOptimetric
evaluations by a 'team' of Adult/Pediatric Lyme/Assoc. Disease
knowledgeable-experienced Specialists, supported by the National Institutes
of Health, (NIH), to determine if Christy has dissiminated (CNS) Lyme
Diseaes, Neuroborreliosis, an "active" encephalopathy and "active"
cardiomyopathy and other CNS and other multi-system
inflammation/infection/damage, the most likely 'root' cause of Christy's
Disability Neurological Disability as "warranted" and documented by our
many, many concerned physicians and knowlegeable-experienced Specialists.
In July 2006, I was confirmed with Lyme-Neuroborreliosis, a disseminated
(CNS) Lyme-infection with progressive Neurological, Physical, Immunological
and Neurocognitive Disability - confirmed with an "active" encephalopathy
(brain inflammation) cerebral hypoperfusion, cerbral ischemia, cerebral
atrophy, with white matter changes (evidence of brain tissue damage) and
"active" cardiomyopathy (heart inflammation), a pericardial effusion, (CAD)
coronary artery disease,.multi-valve damage, regurgitation, cardiac
insufficiency, arryththmias, chronic hypertension, BP up to 200/100, chest
pain, pulmonary hypertension, SOB, air hunger, chronic cough, optic
neuritis, blurred vision, CAD (cerebral vascular accident) - severe
headaches, a total black-out of vision w/ permanent vision loss of my right
eye, (PAD) inflammatory peripheral artery disease, peripheral neuropathy,
disseminated pain, inflammation and numbness (peripheral nerve damage) w/
Asceending Lateral Sclerosis and Multiple Sclerosis
like-symptoms/complications, further, swollen joints and debilitating
arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis and fibromyalgia with physical disability of
my right-knee, right-hip and right-arm requiring anti-inflammatories, pain
medication and medication for understandable stress, anxiety, fatigue and
insomnia and an extensive long-term antibiotic treatment plan under the care
of an Infectious Disease Specialist, Cardiologist and Neurologist,
complications confirmed blood analysis, by multiple 'functional' Brain scans
(Spect Scans and MRI) and heart scan, further with an abnormal heart scans,
swollen joints, and migratory, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis,
fibromyalgia, severe headaches, light sensitivity, blurred vision, nausea,
vomiting, etc. prior to Christy's and Jessica's birth, with documented
debilitating 'exacerbation' of symptoms during pregnancy, known to be
transmitted trans-placentally.
Both Jessica and Christy, a difficult pregnancy with threatened
miscarriages,. Christy, acquiring the largest bacterial load, with
confirmation of chronic immunodeficiency, a gauge of serverity of bacterial
load of Lyme and serverity of illness and immunodeficiency, a CD57 killer
"T" cell count in Christy of (50), Jessica (100) and mom in the teens (13,
17, 23, 27) the normal value of individuals without chronic immunodeficiency
is (200-350), of which mine has been fluctuating with immune system
compromise with exacerbation of Lyme symptoms due to legal stress and
anxiety, with law enforcement, removal and detainment of Christy and Jessica
from 'equal-shared custody and contact' and their "warranted" medical care
referrals, evaluations and follow-up under our Lyme-knowledge experienced
Specialists.
Diagnosed, after tickbites, followed by acute illness in May 2006, (a
witnessed engorged-tick falling out of Christy's hair while sitting on my
lap). I know an engorged-deer tick from a SPIDER! I have removed many
engorged-ticks from our dog and humans, as a volunteer RN at Bible Camps
(numerous summers) and a Glacier Park/RN - your typical ABUSE, total
disrespect for your wife, her knowledge, education, training, Professional
Status, Experience, Protection and Advocacy.
We were 'REFERRED' to out-of-state Specialists affiliated with a University
Medical Center by Paul Reeb, MD, Urgent Care and Les Whitney, MD, a leading
Montana Infectious Disease Specialist for evaluation by out-of-state
Lyme/Assoc. Disease knowledgeable Specialists affiliated with (UCSF) and
Columbia University.

right-arm due to debilitating inflammatory pain, causing ambulation with a
limp, requiring splints, with 'CDC'- confirmed very positive (IgG) chronic
Lyme Disease, diagnosed by a team of out-of-state "qualified" and
"experienced" Lyme/Assoc. Disease literate Specialists (Infectious Disease,
Neurologists, Cardiologists and NeuroPsychiatrists, with late-stage
Lyme-Neuroborreliosis - with (CNS) and multi-system disseminated
infection/inflammation, further, complicated by chronic Bartonella (known to
cause brain cancer, left untreated) and Babesia (similar to malaria), with
very-low CD57 Killer "T" Cell subsets, (in the teens, normal values
200-350), a gauge of serverity of illness and immune system compromise,
prescribed a long-term extensive antibiotic treatment plan with cardiac,
pain, inflammatory, stress and anxiety medications requiring repeat labs and
Specialists evaluations every (3) months, or as needed, and multi-system
work-ups, most likely, the rest of my life, in prevention of further
complications, approximately (20%) of late-stage Lyme disease patients don't
improve with long-term antibiotic therapy, and exacerbation of the disease
compromised by stress, is common.
While recipients of Federal-financial assistance - Christy, (ADA), Title II
(504) Rehabilitation, Food Stamps and Medicaid - we ahve ghts of protection
under our Order of Protection, denied our rights of governmental services,
provisions and accommodations while victims of DISABILITY and
GENDER-Violence DISCRIMINATION in violation of the 4th and 14th Amendments,
(unlawful search and seizure of life, liberty and property, denied our
rights of Due Process), denied our rights to legal counsel and guardian ad
litem(s), further, in Disability-Discrimination, denied Motion(s) for
essential-interim financial support, in Disability, Right to Housing,
Marital Status (23 years) and Gender-Violence Discrimination, I was
abusively-forced Homeless by the Court, literally thrown out
into-the-streets, without a pillow or a fork to eat - Falsely-Accused of
Munchausen's by proxy - "overzealous pursuit of medical care for our

testing in Jessica and co-infection testing of Erhlichia, Bartonella,
Babesia and follow-up CD57 Killer "T" cell counts in Christy and Jessica,
negligently in neglect, under your care, these disaeses are known to cause
multi-system damage to the major organs of the body, left untreated and/or
undertreated, even seizures and death.

NIH has no accountability and have not even tried to protect Hamilton Montana. NIH has lied for decades on Lyme Disease in Montana. It is documented in Eureka Montana a long time ago in the Mary Wilson Case. Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy, Prompt Care Medical Center, and North Valley Hospital, as well as Flathead County Judges have helped to hide this information for years.
This is an interesting web stat, as the collateral damage of lies of Lyme Disease in Montana is the lives of those who have it and are ignored treatment. As in the case of Randy Wilson of Interbel Eureka, Montana refusing to acknowledge that lyme disease exists and is deadly. Lyme disease is also suspected to be sexually transmitted as in some reports, and to cause fatal heart attacks and much more. NIH in Montana is to me, very dangerous.
When Under the Skin, the documentary on lyme disease came to Hamilton to interview those involved in Rocky Mountain Fever, and Lyme Disease Research ( which is why NIH Hamilton was started) well when the producer came to town, it is said that NIH officials came to his home to make sure that he said what they wanted him to say.
