"Randy emailed me recently for the 1st time in over a year, he heard I
visiting friends in Eureka and basically threatened me not to visit, live or
work in Eureka - that I do not have "Visitation Rights"  -  I have friends
there that offerred me to stay in their home while I am have been forced and
remain "Homeless" and "Indigent" with Disability - complications of Lyme and
documented Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome by Robert Bransfield, MD, a
Lyme-literate Neuropsychiatrist.  Denied Due Process - a violation of my
human and civil rights under the 4th and 14th Amendments, my right to life
(my Mother/Child relationship), liberty (our protected medical care, with
Disability under Federal law), and property (our Order of Protection,
further, in Discrimination of Disability, and Discrimination of Housing
by Ted O. Lympus, I was forced Homeless and Indigent by Ted O. Lympus,
during a divorce proceeding from July 18, 2006 thru June 30, 2008.

surgery twice - leading to progressive Disability, and most-likely  these
diseases acquired trans-placentally, Christy and Jessica both with pregnancy

therefore with the largest bacterial load, born failure-to-thrive,
hospitalized for nearly (5) weeks, premature with hypotonia, seizures,

Ticks are known to carry multiple diseases, the most common vectors - small
animals, humans and pets - ( Ticks, small animals, humans, pets, etc. know
no borders, nor, no boundaries - that is why Montana doesen't have Lyme!)

(known to be transmitted trans-placentally, thru breastmilk and sexual

effusion, mitral/artial valve prolapse/disease, regurgitation, cardiac

with pulmonary hypertension;

UCSF Neurology/Spec Scan/Functional Brain Scan/Diagnostic Impression:
Hypoperfusion/Inflammation known to be caused from crhonic Lyme Disease
with chronic headaches, stiff neck, photophobia, blurred vision, etc., known

a Neurologist, on an  extensive antibiotic, cardiac/antihypertensive

Disease.

October 2007 - a referral to Columbia University, an Adult/Pediatric
University Medical Center, Spec Scantional brain scan with diagnostic
impression: Hypoperfusion/Inflammation known to be caused by chronic Lyme
Disease), further in  with headaches and optic neuritis, further with
debilitating arthritis (swollen joints), with chronic pain and
inflammation. neuritis, opsionoptic and chd. mosty likely caused by
Lyynbnijnbraintnyintcy,, in violation of the 4th (unlawful search and
seizure of my property/home/residence, both (physically and financially),
and in violation of the 14th Amendment - rights of due process - my right to
legal counsel, while recipients of Federal-financial assistance,
(while victims of Domestic Violence and DV-related Financial Abuse, we were
recipients of Food Stamps and Medicaid for our survival. Further, Christy,

violation of the 14th Amendment, with an expiration of one year or until

Daniel - I sent this email to Randy January 16, 2009 after he emailed me
threatening me to stay out of Eureka -  that because I do not have rights of
visitation, that I would physically and emotionally harm the girls if we
bounced into each other -  after he read this, he called Family Court

set forth below.  I  have been deliberating  if this is even worth sending
- whatever, my Purpose in Life is too NEVER HARM my family and/or my girls

just served on you if you would show support and accompany us to the
referred Lyme Specialists in San Francisco, you declined, had divorce on
your mind, in defense of your long history of abuse  -  "You are totally
brainwashing and snowballing doctors, I am the Man of this House and Made
All the Major Decisions, if You take the Girls to an Infectious Disease
doctor, I will go File for a Divorce."  That made me very angry and
rightfully so, you had been telling me to get counseling for a long time,
blaming me I had an anger management problem  What normal mother wouldn't
get angry with this kind of abuse.  I never went to counseling because I
didn't think if would help if only I went by myself, anger is caused by
'perceived' and 'real' abuse, neglect and hurt from another.  This time I
took your advice - I went to counseling at a Domestic Violence Center - they
give you all kinds of information about Domestic Violence and Abusive Power
and Control  Relationships to read and then told me to come back.  The
second visit, after discussing my situation, they recommended an Order of
Protection, I was very hurt and sick inside to do this, but my goal was for
us to attain counseling together. Due to your extreme abuse and anger during
this time and my anger in response to your abuse, I decided to take their
advice, I did not want a DIVORCE, I only did it to protect us from the
consequences of our 'Anger' at that time - in hopes we would thereafter seek
counseling together, I was tired of hurting, feeling lonely and abused,
without help.

The Judge, in the court transcript, says, on October 17, 2006, at the Order
to Show Cause, after presenting evidence of the False Accusation of
Munchausen's by proxy in the medical records and told by your attorney that
they are probably False-Fortified documents, I asked the Judge that you get
counseling, (I was hoping together) he stated - "Ma-am, an Order of
Protection is not to hold a hammer over someone's head and force them to get
psychological counseling, that is not what Orders of Protection are for,
etc" - then after the Hearing, on November 9, 2006, he issues me a
Restraining Order that I was DENIED DUE PROCESS forces me to get
psychological counseling in the Flathead Valley by conflict of interest
defenders of accountability of False-Accusation of Munchausen's by proxy and
TERMINATES my PARENTAL RIGHTS!

A Biased, Prejudged and Discriminatory Judge who's daughter was represented
in divorce by your legal counsel, suddenly removed our daughters from their
qualified medical care after I was counting on your support to escort us to
Columbia University for our referred more comprehensive evaluations, in
prevention of potential further Neurological, Immunological and
Neurocognitive Disability and health consequences.

By April 2006, I was having constant vice-like crushing frontal lobe
headaches, severe stiff neck pain, severe light sensitivity, blurred vision,
swollen-watering eyes, dizziness, fever, rashes, nausea and vomiting, chest
pain, high blood pressure,  progressive short-term memory loss, difficult
speech, it was difficult to think, talk, perform and sleep, I couldn't stand
up without feeling I wanted to collapse from severe exhaustion and weakness,
I had panic attacks, my heart raced, I knew there was something wrong, I
felt like I was drugged with a psychiatric hallucinating drug, and didn't
know what!

What do you think your sister and your family would do if Gail had her

non-disclosed PSYCHIATRIC medication, in violation of my civil rights of the
8th Amendment, to be free from cruel and unusal punishment with excessive

Commitment to the State Mental Hospital - without DUE PROCESS appointed by
the Court the Abusive, Brutal Mental Health Professional who assaulted and
battered me, found Indigent by the Court, appointed a Public Defender who I
was denied to ever see after being abused, assaulted, battered, harmed,
threatened, manipulated and detained against my will for nearly (4) days,
denied my antibiotic treatment plan and my other medication, found 'probable
cause' for Involuntary Commitment to the State Mental Hospital, that "none
of my symptoms or my children's symptoms have ever been substantiated by any
physicians, that I suffer from a serious mental illness, that I am gravely
disabled"  .

After discovering the very 1st cases of Lyme Disease ever confirmed and
reported in the entire history of Montana with underlying Bartonnela Babesia
and Mycoplasma fermentans, most likely acquired from their birthmother
during pregnancy (Christy, the last child born, acquiring the largest
bacterial load), with exacerbation of debilitating Lyme symtpoms during
pregnany, extremely ill for the entire (9) months, with signs and symptoms

probably just your Dream, never accomplished.  Dr. Mary Ann Carlson,
Christy's Pediatrician with admonition that if your don't cancel your
excessive business trips and show adequate support for Christy in serious
condition and your wife she would not discharge us home with you, followed
by unaminous female phone calls for months, asking for Randy, then a Red
Valentine outfit for Christy received in the mail.  --Whatever, dot, dot,
dot. . .  while I struggled raising our children without appreciation,
accused that I didn't appreciate your 'workaholic problem' - and blamed for
all our relationship problems, my anger was all "my problem" - not worth
marriage/family counseling, while enduring abuse of a husband, and father,
that rarely saw the whites of his children's eyes, or sparkle of his wife's
eyes.

$350 every two weeks to live on since July 2006, with serious Disability

Lyme Disease is one of the biggest health cover ups in Montana and nationwide really.  If diagnosed right there is a chance that it won't affect a person's entire life. Thing is it seems that there is some scandal or cover up with North Valley Hospital, Prompt Care in Eureka, Bernie Cassidy and Randy Wilson of Interbel in hiding Lyme Disease and Endangering the life of a child, ALL aided and abetted by Montana Corruption.
